The Italian National Day is the most significant diplomatic event of the year, celebrating the birth of the Italian Republic. The 2025 edition in Kuala Lumpur continued this tradition of excellence, hosting high-level dignitaries, government officials, and business leaders in a celebration of Italian heritage. Serving as the Project Manager and Executive for this flagship event, I acted as the primary liaison between the Embassy and key stakeholders, including sponsors, event agencies, and the Mandarin Oriental hotel. I strategically planned the event layout to ensure appropriate protocol for ambassadors and local political entities, managed complex diplomatic settings, and instructed Embassy staff on their specific operational duties to guarantee a flawless execution.

Held on May 30th at the Mandarin Oriental, the 78th Anniversary of the Italian Republic was a grand showcase of "Made in Italy," hosting over 1000 guests and featuring prestigious brands like Boggi Milano and Maserati. I personally assisted His Excellency Massimo Rustico in organising and managing the structure and logistics of this major event. My contributions were pivotal in managing collaborations to promote Italian culture, including creating ad-hoc video content for the Italian National Anthem. I also provided extensive support in preparing diplomatic meetings and managing guest protocols, ensuring the event adhered to the highest standards of diplomatic conduct.

Celebrated on March 7th at the Ambassador's Residence, the 8th edition of Italian Design Day focused on the theme "Manufacturing Value," showcasing the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and modern technological innovation through iconic brands like Ferrari and FOPE. I supported the organisation of this exclusive event in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and local partners, ensuring the successful promotion of Italian design heritage. My role involved assisting with logistical coordination at the residence to facilitate a prestigious showcase that engaged local design communities and stakeholders.

Hosted by Ambassador Massimo Rustico, this event launched the exhibition "The Italian Spaceway: Towards IAC Milan 2024," bringing together key figures like the Director-General of the Malaysian Space Agency (MYSA) to foster potential collaborations between Italy and Malaysia. I was actively involved in the organisation of these initiatives, coordinating with the Embassy and Malaysian stakeholders. I helped facilitate the event's logistics and flow, ensuring that the focus remained on highlighting Italian contributions to aerospace and fostering international technological cooperation.

The "Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo" is a global initiative promoting Italy's gastronomic culture. The 2023 edition in Kuala Lumpur, themed "Well-being with Taste," featured a series of events culminating in the Italcham Gala Night at EQ Kuala Lumpur, a high-profile networking evening. Working closely with the Embassy and chamber partners, I delivered these complex, high-visibility events by supporting the coordination of logistics and guest management. My efforts ensured a seamless experience for the Italian business community and local dignitaries, successfully showcasing the richness of Italian culinary traditions on an international stage.

I reported on the Conference of the Parties (COP24) for Viração Educomunicação, engaging directly with the complexities of international climate policy. My work involved interviewing policymakers and activists in multiple languages and producing articles on climate policy, labour transition, and youth activism. I was responsible for drafting messages and communicating complex policy issues to a youth audience, bridging the gap between high-level negotiations and public understanding.

"Perché ci siamo noi" explores perceptions of urban decay in Trento, investigating the role of cultural activity as a potential solution. The documentary captures the voices of local residents, weaving together their personal narratives to present a multifaceted view of the city's changing landscape.
